Just got back from fighting a speeding ticket, went pretty well :)

Just got back from fighting a speeding ticket, went pretty well :)
(ive included the link to my post when i recieved the ticket)
out come: got ticket down to 15 over + fine. Thats 3 points in PA, much better than the 5 points and 15 day suspension i was facing. (ticket was for 90 in 45 zone) All of which im not concerned about because im giving up my PA drivers liscence to get a CA again.
And i have to say that Local departments and magistrates are so full of crap! I cant believe that i bought some LAPD patches and pins to give to my attorney to give to the officer, to see if we could get it down. It all seemes sketchy to me, but hey thats y i hired the attorney to d all that sketchy stuff for me. (haha)
Tips for those fighting tickets especially in local small towns:
1) get an attorney who knows the officers and or magistrate! (very key)
2) if you have an out of state liscence, try to get a liscence for the state you got the ticket in, that way points go on that liscence, and theres no reason it would be reported to other states. (aka point laundering)
3) dress nice, but not too nice, i came in suit and tie - and was balled out by the magistrate because i drive and audi, wearing a suit and have an attorney. (He called me a "little rich kid")
4)Do not do not day the officer is wrong to the magistrate, the woman before me did that and the magistrate went off on her. (lol)
5) and most important - dont speed.
well, after $500 for the atorney and $290 for the fine i think im clear out of $$ for mods for a while.
But on a lighter note i want to wish my car a happy 3 year birthday on the 28th! Also i wish my self happy 21st on the 25th! YAY.
