Just got a quote to have all 4 pads & rotors replaced with stock parts........
$1032.68 installed. Parts cost $835.08! That's more than aftermarket performance parts. Does it sound right to you?

2-2.5 hours labor sounds about right.
Assuming $85/hr labor rate. Internet price for parts would be about $600 with OEM rotors and non-stock pads. Install is not too bad for an average DIYer assuming you have all the tools.
