Do you have downpipes? IF not, get them. ****, get a 50 shot of nitrous....get the bitch, I mean 5lbs bottle and hide it in the spare tire well....hehehe... I bet that guy is going to come on ET streets and some other mods to make sure he doesn't lose. Unless he is very over confident. In Cali its a Misdemeanor, oh well.. its not like its my first speed contest ticket :-]
Hopefully its the judge who Im hoping it is. My last speed contest ticket was a 50 dollar fine, and traffic school :-]
I dont think i'll be that lucky this time! But we'll see.. muaha haha
With the holidays coming up, the judge my be easy on me.

The cop that pulled us over told us that he could have impounded our cars...
But they were'nt going to. He told us for them to do that, has to be one of 3 reasons:
1) If hes a racist cop
2) doing 150mph on a 35mph zone
3) If your driving a Honda
LOL, man I almost died laughing at that point.

Damn. 23109 a) Since the cops got both of you, you're not going to be able to beat this one.
There is also a chance of lisence suspension. And yes, you are lucky that the cop didn't impound your car.
You have the cop's ***** on one issue: he let an illegal activity take place, then busted you after the fact. Of course he'll argue that he was just approaching the street then he saw you guys racing (as opposed to him sitting, and waiting for you two to race), but if you have to, I think you can get the videotape off his car.
I guess we need to take it easy for a little bit. Or make sure there are plenty of people around when you race; so somebody will spot the cop coming.
