Default I dont think he will be rolling on through with E.T Streets.

He's not that dumb, his ego may be highly inflated because he has good driving skills. But evey LS1 owner who owns a 6spd knows not to Put sticky tires like E.T. Streets on a stock 10bolt rearend.

Default Hey, you would have whooped him if you would have ran a third time.

That run you did by yourself was SOOOooooo much better than your first two. That's what I call a learning curve

I told you all you needed was a little practice.

Default On my last speed contest ticket, the cop also caught both of us, they usually do.

I dont think i'll get off bruise free, but I will at least pledge with the judge to knock the penalty down. The ticket said 60 in a 40mph zone, which is pretty much speeding. Lots of ways to get around that.

Default They cant seize without due process can they?

Isnt that unconstitutional? I thoughtNYC already passed a law similar to that but pertaining to drunk drivers and the law was struck down as being unconstitutional.

Default I've often wondered if you were drag racing drunk what charges would stick?

They usually drop all other offenses but keep the DUI (heaviest hitting), the judge does this part.

Default What I meant was:

if the cop only catches one of you... there is no proof you were racing anyone. You can just sit there and play dumb: "I wasn't racing! If I was racing, then WHO was I racing?"

You see, unless they have a videotape of your car... the court doesn't have enough proof without the other car.

Default From my understanding, NYC can and has seized cars before for street racing.

I remember an issue of MM & FF where there was 2 mustang GTs painted like NYPD cars on the cover. They were seized from street racers who where caught. One had a blower on it, but they took it off because of a reliability issue. The insult to injury, they left the custom wheels on the cars so people that new them could identify it. There's a guy who use to post on Clubsi that had his TA taken by the NYPD.

I think you will have to go thru a bunch of s*it to get your car back. This thing in Texas is not passed or anything. I just remember seeing it on the news.

Default Hahaha........Well, I know why guy that would.

Heheh....And he has some tranny issues too. Man, I just want you to take his *** out. PERIOD. Or atleast be right there if you were to lose. That way they couldn't say **** really. I'm not an S4 owner who thinks he can beat everything...but I hate people who think their car can't lose to another like alot of LS1 owners on that forum.
