u will need another tire ..which is probably the case.. the hard edge that seals it's broken insideand can not keep the air in anymore..
use a lot of air and water..u will see bubbles.. turn it all the sides so u make sure u see where it is

if different don't do it...
try to find all wheels with same diameter.. quattro will screw up your drive train . there is very little tolerance, and you don't want to push it..

sidewall compresses to the point where the edge of the pothole and the rim edge crush it and put a hole in the sidewall. If it's the inside sidewall, you will probably see it as soon as you pull the tire. Odds are, there is a rather large hole in your tire somewhere.

I've pinch-flatted bicycle innertubes before, but that's usually due to running a low air pressure for traction, and bike tires don't have stiff sidewalls, so it's not uncommon for the tire to compress that far. Besides, tubes are only 1-2mm thick. Car tires (which are tubeless anyway) have much stiffer and thicker sidewalls, so I could see the wheel bending/breaking before I could see the tire pinch flatting (unless of course the tire sidewall was weakened by continuous driving at something like 5 psi).
Have you ever experienced a car tire pinch flatting? I'd be curious to know how it happened. I never thought I'd have to worry about that.
