just install Stasis torsen 4:1 diff and hear a small amount of whine noise

did you add the oil that you lost? I would say drain and refill with fresh MT90

no since not too much oil was lost, very small drop.

but if I remember correctly it about 1.9 quart to refill right ?

lol.

Just asking cause if it were just when he was going straight, one of the drive gears could have been out of lash.

If he were turning, I'd bet my money on one of the ring gears have too much back lash.

You get the idea.
