Just my damn luck...bad accident this morning...

at a dead stop at a light...driver in truck had no intention of stopping...smashing my rear @ about 35-40 mph. my back and neck are killing me right now....and the poor car. *sigh* the rear fenders, are bent to hell..the trunk is smashed in, exhaust tips bent and scraped, rear tailights smashed, rear tires are gouged from the bumper being shoved up in. the entire rear end is bent downwards...does anyone know what is considered "totalled" ?
my estimate is about 8000-10K to fix completely.
i need to go lay down now
