Default Just orderd $2100 in fun parts have questions...

Ok, well not all fun parts.
1. Samco hose kit
2. APR bi-pipe kit with 007 DV's
3. new o2' sensors
4. valve cover gaskets
And some other stuff, I've searched and have some additional questions.

How hard are the pre cat o2's to repalce? Any words of wisdom? Getting 1131 code.

I will NOT being using the Samco TBB with the APR kit? Besides the lower intercooler hoses, and words of wisdom?

The vavle cover gaskets, I know they leak, so there getting replaced, how much stuff will have to be taken out of the engine to repalce them?

What to you think the total time frame is for the work done? 6-8 hrs? This is my only car right now and really can't have it up on jack stands for to long.

Should I notice any differace with the hose, bi-pipe & DV installed over stock? Maybe a smoother boost curve?

Default besides the Samco TBB waste of money IMO..

If your gaskets are leaking then yea they should be replaced but the bipipe is way overpriced and leaky. I have the full Samco kit but the stock stuff besides TBB is more than satisfactory with better clamps. Could have spent $500 instead of $2100. And their should be no noticable difference.

Default i think he's referring to the stock "bipipes", which arent actually called bipipes..

but i forget the real name for them, (mind blank) because the stock pipes were seperate so they werent connected, therefore they werent technically called bipipes. Unless neil is referring to the APR bipipe???...*shrugs*

(i think audi called them "up pipes" or something strange like that).

Default sorry just don't understand people paying $350 for a $50 problem...

The leak goes to APR's quality not bashing.
