Just to publically toot ASP's horn

I cannot say enough about how knowledgeable and helpful Mark and Frank are. ASP did a full StIII about a year ago, and although my car is original owner, meticulously kept, and gently driven, Ive had a few mechanical issues along the way. ASP went above and beyond what a shop should do to fix the car, spending hours diagnosing faulty injectors, coilpacks, tearing the car apart and not charging me when honestly, if they did bill me, I would not complain one bit.

After 8 months of no problems, my car unexpectedly started acting strange this week, symptoms of electrical issues or a bad ECU possibly. Shipped the ECU to ASP and within an hour of recieving the box, they tore into it and tried diagnosing my car from 150 miles away, as there isnt a single local shop I can trust to actually attempt to fix the car without trying to charge me 10 hours of labor for 30 min of work.

Mark spent way too much time with me today to not charge me honestly. This is the type of service you can expect from these guys. Wish I lived closer, but I don't, as a result it may be time to let the car go.

If you are anywhere near ASP and have an Audi, especially a B5, you are crazy to use another shop, period.
