Default Dude, installing dp's is much easier if you've already got the engine out for a turbo swap.

Gonna try to come by tomorrow for my gutted dp's?

Default I agree. I pull the motor with the DP's on.

Default Hey Joe, It's running great. Just ran a 2.

Just kidding :P Boost is still at .8kg/cm^2. I did about 100miles with a 4000rpm limit. Now I'm running full RPM range at low boost for another hundred miles. Next stop 1.2kg/cm^2

It runs great. Super-smooth and very nice to drive. The engine is strangely quiet. I'm used to a bit of valvetrain noise in a 2.7T and this one has virtually none. Also, the oil is VERY clean. I've never seen an engine that had clean oil after a couple hundred miles with MMO in the crankcase

How's your "beast in progress" ?
