Just saw Verruckt's 185mph video,was wondering has anyone else gone 185 in an S or is this a record?
Oh, and the final drive is the same 4.11:1.

The Nogaro Wonder would easily beat that number on salt flats - that's almost like cheating!
Maybe I should buy a Nogaro junker and drop it out of an airplane to break the record? Would you count that too?

LOL, maybe. An unaltered RS4 trans should hit the limiter ~6mph before an S4 does...
Given equal rolling diameter tires and such, of course. It should make a real notable difference in fats, like a few tenths!

Left had was at normal position...right hand was towards the bottom of the wheel otherwise...
you wouldn't be able to see the speedo.
