Just tested my car with AWE's Intake Pressure Tester and have some Qs...

OK, first of all, I don't have the compressor in my garage, so I used a crappy pump I have. That's why probably it never got up to 15psi or maybe I have a HUGE hole somewhere that I doubt.
Anyway, I let my pump work for a couple of minutes, and then I turned it off to hear the air flow noises I might have. Well, I found no air leakage-like noises, but I could definitely hear a WATER BOILING noise somewhere in the engine. What does this noise mean??? After I released the air from intake it was gone. I tried several more times and I could hear same noise every time.
Also when I removed PCV damper from Y-pipe, I noticed some oil in it. Is it normal?
Another problem I ran was one of intake hose spring clamps went off the hose, and I couldn't put it back, so I used the clamps from the kit. (I hope my dealer won't void my warranty for that.) What kind of tool should I use for these spring clamps?
Thanks for any input and answers!

If the air gets pass the throttle body it may force some oil into the intake.
I would keep it under 8-10 PSI unless you cap off the throttle body boot. I have the kit, but am nerveous about using it with the throttle body attached. I know Tod says it will hold and he's probably right, but I still don't feel comfortable...
I don't have a regulated air source either, but I do have a 5 galon air storage tank. I plan to use a trigger thingy to pressurize it very slowly and watch the gauge. The air tank is quieter.
Did you start the car afterwards? Did it look like it was burning oil for a few minutes? Blue exhaust smoke? If not you're ok.

I think 7 psi is what Audi service manual recommends. Unless your throttle body was open it will hold 7 psi. Actually I think the wording is more like:
CAUTION!
DO NOT pressurize the system above 0.5 bar!
Doing so may force oil into the intake system which can damage the engine.
The problem is that with a chipped car you want to test it at 1 - 1.2 bar because there may be a leak at that pressure which will not show up at .5 bar. At 1 -1.2 bar I would feel better if the TBB was capped off.
