just upgraded my GIAC to the new fangled X chip... my impressions....
it sucks. it feels like stock. seriously. i just left DSR and have been driving around and it has no guts like the old chip. it feels like i am driving around on my stock ECU.
no.. wait... i forgot. i bought the chip, but never installed it. i had to have them resocket my stock ecu cause of service that is coming and i needed to swap ecu. so, i forgot that i had the stock chip in there.
nevermind, when i get the chips swapped, i will post up my thoughts.
on the good news. i really did this so to really teach my woman a lesson. i am forcing her to drive a stock ecu S4 after she has gotten used to the power of the chip. just wait till she tries out the new X Chip. i just hope my brakes can handle her after the upgrade.
