K03/ K04 hybred install

WITH APR STAGE 2+ Chip can I expect the same max. boost [ 17 - 18 psi ] with hybreds as I got on stock K03's? I just installed the hybreds and I'm way down on boost!

you're probably getting throttle cut, do you have vagcom or ecux?
