K04/16 install into Tiptronic... would L10 throttle body upgrade be enough to handle??
I would like to know if my tip tranny can handle K04's. I have the following config:
Piggie pipes (no exhaust yet)
MTM Stg1
Tip Chip
710N's
Samco TBB

How do you like the piggies with no exhaust? thinking about doing that myself...
to get the quicker spoolup, but I'm not looking for the car to be louder. Sound fine? I was told that just piggies gave the turbos a weird whine.
I'm tip too, so I'm in the same boat should I got K04 -- just the TC and not the full tranny. I'd prob go stage 3-, so I'm hoping its good enough.

Sam at L10 says his stuff can handle 400 ft-lbs to the wheels.
So depending on the tuning I suppose it could handle it. But wouldnt plain K04s do that too? Living in CA, I doubt my 91 octane can get 400 ft-lbs from my own L10 stage 3.
