Default K04 question that I don't recall seeing answered....

so we all know part of the problem with K03's stem from the oil line size ... is that a true statement ? If so, when you go to K04's, do you change the plumbing as well ?

Thanks

Default As far as I know...

The oil line issue was resolved on cars with build dates of 10/00 or later. So, while new oil lines are a good idea when going to K04s, it's pretty much an EXCELLENT idea when "K04ing" a year 2000 or early 2001 car.

Default thanks.. point taken.

I've got a lowly 11/99, but she has been (knock wood) flawless in the engine bay.

Default According to Tech who did my install
