Default Kudos to AoA!

It took a class action suit, but they paid my claim exactly. Even without complete documentation. cost of 5 summer tires and mount, plus 1/2 cost of the 4 winter wheels and tires.

I had not kept good records, thinking it was a lost cause, but they accepted what I had, part of which was just a posting on Audiworld detailing the costs of my winter wheels, bought from an Audi dealer in Canada on a trip there.

Default they pay for summer tires and wheels too?

I thought it just covered either:

A - winter wheels and tires
or
B - winter tires (if you mounted them on stockers)

Default Not summer wheels, just tires. + 50% of winter wheels and tires.

The winter rebate is more complex, depending on costs, but I fell in the flat 50% range.

Default You swear the data is truthful. They seem very flexible.

I had no documentation at all for the mounting and balancing of the summer tires, but they accepted my memory of the costs.

Default Did you talk to them, or did you just put that in writing?

I think the deadline has passed at this point anyway.

Default Considering what a cracked wheel from a blowtenza, five snows, four new wheels...

and summer tires cost... $600 for the blown tire+wheel when the sidewall seperated on the Blowtenza, 5 snows at $225 each, summer wheels at $380 each and four replacements for the rest of the blowtenzas at $200 each.
