dropped my car off this morning there. Lubo is taking care of me. He inspected the car, and said the thermostat is stuck. I ended up going for it all: thermostat, waterpump, timing belt, thermo switch?, 3 tensioners, etc = $1713... then after explaining how im a poor college, i made a deal with him to let me advertise his shop around campus for him to take some $ off.. he took off 3 hours of labor which is about $240.

i think he said originally 11 hours of labor. does that sound right?

btw have you ever checked out Group 5 Motorsports - they treated me well for my Acura back in 96-98 it appears they are doing well (just moved) and have a B6 A4 as project car and sponsored an M3 and benbtly conti so they might be a good place to look into though I not sure of euro experience but i would think their clientel has gone euro as they've made money and grown.

They always gave me good prices.

Again its been a few years but i see some familar faces - i think one the original guys was Banton Ma he had a purple civic hatch with orange interior and spoon motor i believe.
