Only cause I'm cheap the rest of the time :)
With the thrust bearing and the greased threads it was really easy for the most part. The only time I had to put muscle into it was initially breaking the bearing loose from the housing, after it moved I was able to crank away with one hand.
I also handled the axle bolt with just the wrench, no cheater bar, go arms!

When my first started going (and the one that's on its way out now) it didn't change pitch
when unloading it. After I let it go for a few weeks that's when it became apparent. Really loud and easily changed pitch.
