Default I just had to do this on a customer car a week ago (both sides)

another shop did his turbo install, and obviously missed a few things. I had no problem getting a 2ft. long 1/4" extension with a 13mm swivel socket (not a regular socket with a swivel adapter) onto it. Driver's side, I removed the lower turbo hose, and was able to get a wrench on that one enough to tighten it.

Default i was refering to the 17mm banjo oil feed on the pass

i got to it pretty quick by dropping subframe wo disconnecting everything just:

discon downpipe to exhaust
driveshaft and driveshaft heatshield
12 subframe bolt
6 strut tower bolt
bumper and carrier
ic
ecm
top part of inlet
bi pipe
airbox

drop everything a few inches but not not too much or youll stress the heater core lines. no need to drain anything.

Good to know you can get to it. You were able to reach it from the bottom I take it?
