Default Lease Rates

I've been trying to gauage to typical lease rates for a S4 but seem to be getting prices all over the place. Can any of you guys give me an approximate range (with 0 down).

Thanks

Default You can calculate lease rates on the audi site! No money down is going to cost you a lot though!

After you're finished building your own just click on the finance link toward the bottom and it will figure out lease payments too. This is probably the most accurate because you have to figure in the depreciation of the car, which is probably the most accurate at the audi site. Well, give it a shot.

Default Hearing $750 for a lease just makes me sick...

On a 5-year note, I'm paying $758/mo. based on $38,000 borrowed. My S4 was $39,600 plus taxes and registration, etc. I netted about $500 on my trade-in (value over payoff) and came up with $3,000 down. At the end of 3-years, I'll have well over 50% of the car paid for, whereas most lessees will have less than 40% of the car paid for.

Oh, and don't forget if you lease, you typically get to make your first payment up front -- not the case when borrowing.

If I could have leased the same thing for LESS THAN $600, I might have done it.

at MSRP if you put 0 down but pay costs (2k for me) it'll be about 620-670/4 years (pre tax)

Default Re: Lease Rates

Try this URL: www.carbuyingtips.com

It's great. You can download a really excellent leasing Excel spreadsheet and the site offers a lot of pluses and minuses to leasing (as well as buying). The residual rate for a S4 is between 55% - 61%.
