Default Nope, APR stage 3, v2. Car is just as fast as any other OTS Stage 3.

I know how to drive, I don't gorilla treat the clutch.

As long as you don't launch alot or do alot of drag racing, the RS4 clutch is fine.

I'll 2nd that. The RS4 is fine if you don't launch, drag race, or power shift.

Default I don't launch or drag and mine is slipping. Whats the point of going stage 3 if you don't drive

hard (power shift)The rare 2nd to third pull up the entrance ramp? The SAC was correct on install.I agree since there are many more RS4 kits out there statistically there maybe more problems. Law of averages. If you plan to own a stage 3 and drive it hard. I would use caution with a stock RS4 set up.

Default The problem here stems from everyone making generalizations. Some cars are fine with RS4 clutch...

but some are not.

I respecfully disagree to the fullest extent, but I'm glad you're happy with your compromise.

Default haha, I'm sorry, perhaps the irony and slight hint of sarcasm in my voice weren't transferred...

through my keyboard. What you just said, sir, is my point exactly. It's like saying, "oh yeah, the stock TBB is just fine for stage 3, as long as you never get into boost past 12 psi" (Just an example, don't take this comment seriously). Why install a clutch, or any part for that matter that will SERIOUSLY bottleneck (limit, in a big way) your system.

Default I drive my car very hard on the track.

My RS4 clutch is fine. Maybe I got a good one, I don't know. My APR kit puts out good power, same trap speed as the ASP stage 3 car at the dragstrip during One Lap. The clutch has never slipped, even on the race gas maps.

No compromise. 30k trouble free miles, including at the track.
