Default Did you ever have them exposed? The reason I'm asking...

Is there a big enough difference that far down the exhaust stream to warrant it. I'm sure it helps, but it is at the cost of the pipes themselves.

So if you or someone else has tried both wrapped, and not wrapped, I'd be interested to know his/her opinion.

Default what brand are they??

I would have wrapped further up, past the first set of O2 sensors. Just my opinion though

Default No they were wrapped before they were installed.

You can actually hold your hand around the dp for a few seconds, when they are hot. FWIW, APR didn't feel that there would be that big of a difference in performance with wrapped dps. However the added insurance of removing as much heat away from the turbos was enough for me to do it.

I'm really ready to pull the trigger on a set of APR d-pipes, but I can't get over the fact that they sell cats in their kit.
