Limp mode, weird codes...

Driving the car home today on the freeway. Stopped in traffic nothing abnormal when I look down and I've got a check engine light. I'm stage 3 homebrew and occaisionally I'll throw a code for intermitent misfires so I think no biggie. Gauges don't show anything abnormal, car is running fine, no hiccups, temps all good. Give it a blip and find the car is in limp mode. I pull these codes:
17537 - Fuel Trim: Bank 2 (Mult): System too Rich
P1129 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
17535 - Fuel Trim: Bank 1 (Mult): System too Rich
P1127 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
17658 - Fuel Level too Low
P1250 - 35-00 - -
Questions:
I'm not sure why all of a sudden the car is running rich. The car is tuned via lemmiwinks and the fueling, while not optimal, has never been bad enough to throw this code. Why now? I have not touched anything or changed anything on the car in months. I thought perhaps it might be a boost leak (tear in TBB) but since the codes occured while off boost and I heard no whooshing sound when accelerating I somewhat doubt that (will do a pressure test tommorow morn).
Question two. Is the "Fuel Level Too Low" an intermitent code? I ask because last week I was on a road trip and the angry "feed me" icon came on the ceter display. The car was fueled up no more than 5 miles later and was never run dry. This code VAG pulled: does it refer to the alert I encountered last week or is it more indicative of a bad fuel level sender?
Any bright ideas why my car is in limp mode?
Rob

Pressure test shows leak in TBB, go figure. Walks like a ducks, talks like a duck...
I was running a Samco but am thinking of taking a step up and going APR bipipe but had heard a few rumblings in the past about poor casting and pin hole leaks.
What do you use, and how long have you had it? Run low boost? Hi boost?

samco costs $70ish, see if the local dealer has a oem in stock and throw it on. thats what i did when mine tore last month, the oem should be fine for at least 20k plus chipped miles imo.
