The S4 is my fourth Audi & I have been very happy with Valenti. My saleperson (Steve Kloc)has always been accomodating & has been very fair in pricing. The service department doesn't have the frills of some other dealerships but the service manager (Charlie) and the Operations Manager (Lou) have always been great even when unfortunate things happen.

In the past I have looked at Hoffman, but have been put off by the attitude of som eindividuals as well as their competiveness in pricing.

I do plan on giving them a chance to sell me an S4. I live in Waterbury so the would be the best place for service but i work in Hartford. Hoffmans just did not do it for me when i stopped in there.
