You do need to lube the bushings per the installation instructions...I would do the lube every 9-12 months. I had Neuspeed rear anti-sway bars on my 97 A4, 00 S4, 00 S4 Avant, and now on my 05 A4.

Default I had a Neuspeed for alog more than 5k and it never squeaked- ->
but if it did, it would be cake to grease...
