Default learn sure. But I think a static torque slit of 50/50 center would cause more front tire wear...

...from the extra torque going there.

Maybe I'm missing something, but I'd think the more you could get to the rear, the easier to preserve the front tires.

Default No, I don't think tire wear would come into play

unless you're making upwards of 500whp

I think you need to take a ride in my car...

The fronts do a little more work than the rears, but not to the extent of the average S4.

Normally you can tell at a glance which are fronts and which are rears...

Default I'd like to catch some laps, and your tires look great...

...I guess there is only one way to settle the Torsen debate.

You need a track event with 3 Torsen's to test out. OEM, 5:1, Locked. Let the lap times decide this.

Default When he means weld, he means 100% lock. We're talking filling that SOB full of metal.

Then it will perform like an off road truck with locked center diff something you, me, and Snow Trooper have experience with. :-)
