there's significantly more space between the rubber cover and the u-joint. I think mine separated from the center bearing support and is now touching the u-joint.
I just ordered a refurbed driveshaft from PowerTrain Industries. Did you replace the driveshaft bolts and all the flange bolts?

I also replaced the gaskets, to keep the grease in the joints. They don't come with threadlocker so I used loctite 242.
