Loosing power WITHOUT LOOSING BOOST??

Default Loosing power WITHOUT LOOSING BOOST??
I RECENTLY TOOK MY CAR IN SINCE THE TRANY BLOW UP ON ME. THEY REPLACED THE TRANY, FLYWHEEL, CLUTCH ETC.
THEY ALSO HAD TO TAKE OF MY EXHUST THAT WAS WELDED ON. AFTER I GOT THE CAR BACK, I'M LOOSING POWER WHEN IT'S CHIPPED (I HAVE THE APR SO I CAN SWITCH FROM INSIDE)
WHEN I'M IN STOCK THE CAR RUNS FINE, IN CHIPPED I STILL GET ALL MY BOOST BUT I HEAR SOMETHING THAT SOUNDS LIKE AIR LEAKING????
ANYONE ??

i don't think so i get all the boost on the gauge
where could it be leaking then?
