Okay--

I have a strange problem that I am trying to trace down.

First off.. The car is Stage2+ which just means that I am running:
AMS Chips
Piggie pipes
No Cats
Borla Exhaust
.

Here is the problem though.
In the lower RPM--say till about 4K the car boost properly--spikes to about 18-19psi, then gradually tappers down--not much, but then after 4K, it tends to tapper down to around 10-11psi. Do you think this could be a small boost leak???? I did a pressure test and could not find any leaks, so now I am at odds to what the problem could be.. Any insight will help.

I don't remember the bank off the top of my head, though...

definitely check the N75, DVs, vac lines.
