almost everytime i upshift unless i shift very smooth i hear a sorta loud knocking sound, it sounds like its coming from under the shifter or mabye further back, its hard to tell. it also happens when i quickly give it gas and let off, but not when im braking hard or anything. anyone know whats wrong?

Broken motor or trans mount is likely.

possibly a rear diff mount also, never hurts to check it all.
