A verbal contract isn't worth the paper it's written on, as they say...
...what a sales rep says doesn't interest me, because I can't use it in court. Otoh, Dinan can certainly bring a written copy of their warranty page into court, and BMW can certainly bring a copy of their warranty booklet (and the little sticker on the windshield which warns that mods void the warranty) as well...

Sorry, I stand corrected. I called Dinan after talking to the guy at the dealership.......
I plainly asked the question (to the Dinan rep at the dealer) if there was any problem with adding the S/C to the M3. He said no, and that everything would still be wttyd and covered and because they were the acting Dinan agent, they would make the call as to if the damage was due to Dinan's products or the OEM products. After reading your comments, I called Dinan direct to ask what the issue would be.... They were very close mouthed about the new S/C and when it would come out but told me that they would suggest the powertrain wtty. So..... I stand corrected.
