Whereas in the 80's and 90's my S4 feels like it loses a cylinder (80's) or two (90's) beginning after 4k rpm, and the slowly recovering full power by 6k rpm, this morning all I felt was a small dip in the powerband at 4k rpm, and full power was seemingly restored by around 4500-4700rpm. Maybe I can get that water injection kit installed this weekend.

...even the best intercooler in the world will get heat soaked while sitting for a half hour in 100 degree heat in 5 o'clock traffic in Houston. Water injection will fix that much faster than waiting for the intercooler to cool off.
