It was in the low 70's this morning. Car ran pretty well. My how 80's and 90's heat SUCKS!

Think I fried something in traffic the other day
Was stuck for about a 1/2 hr. in rush hour traffic (About 96 degrees), When the traffic cleared, Driving normally, engine begins to miss & spudder badly. Pulled off to a side street, Idle is fluctuating and CEL and ABS light.
I drove the car home a couple miles and tried it a few hours later, Same thing.
Maybe something Electrical?, MAF? ECU? (No VAG Tool)
