Low rpm Turbo Whine
It sounds like it may be only coming from the right side,
but there is a whining only at low rpm's.
Not very loud, though.
Is it normal to hear this when the turbos spool up?

If it doesn't sound like a dentist's drill, its normal. Mine sounds a bit louder/harsher when cold but when at normal temps it simply sounds like a turbo car - slight whine here and there while in vacuum. Shouldn't hear anything in boost.
