Default they're for steel uprights.

There was a misunderstanding with my order so I'll be sending these arms back. I'll take pics of the arms for aluminum uprights when I get them.

The length of the ball stud is the only difference.

Default Nice buy! I was looking at the same kit but ended up getting the fixed uppers.

If I wasn't also purchasing a full TB kit, valve/cam seals, coolant tank, aux water pump, oil/coolant exchanger and eventually tires... I would have probably pulled the trigger on those. Be sure to let us know how you like them.

BTW, did Rich ever help you out with the caliper carriers?

Here's a picture of the difference. Note the diameter of the ball joint stud.
