Default No.

If the head of the bolt is simply just smaller in diameter, you may have "tuner" bolts. If so, you might not be able to use regular wheel bolts, but it would depend on the bolt hole for the wheels.

Default it all depends on the wheel itself

So, make sure you get the proper length lugs with the correct seat for your wheels. It's pretty easy to determine the seat type by looking at the lug bolt contact area on the wheel.

Most tire stores can order the bolts if they don't have them in stock.<ul><li><a href="http://www.tirerack.com/a.jsp?a=AR4&url=%2Fwheels%2Ftech%2Fnutsandbolts.ht m">http://www.tirerack.com/wheels/tech/nutsandbolts.htm</a></li></ul>
