Reason I say this is because we aspire for our B5's to look and run like the RS4 or better. I think they want the same with the RS4 equivalent.
So I was driving on the 10 w. yesterday around noon coming back to my LA office and I see this beautiful Silver M3 with what looked to be the CSL trunk lid. I catch up to him and sure enough it had the trunk, the carbon exhaust tips, wheels, and the front clip of the CSL damn it looked nice. I wonder what costs more? an RS4 wide body conversion or an M3 CSL conversion.
HAHAHA I even tried to bait him into a race and it seemed like it worked he followed me from lane to lane then when my lane opened up I got on it and he stayed way back...wonder why? oh well it was nice to see on the road.

Come to the OC meet tomorrow night and you can see my buddy's M3, definately one the the best E46 M3's in the west. It has a couple CSL parts and GTR Hood, not to mention it's got a S/C slapped on, oh and GT2 Seats(yummy)! :O Here is a link to his car..

http://www.e46psi.com/members/10/index.html

F the rs4 and csl, go gt3 all the way

I rather buy a certifired porsche gt3 ($83k) vs a rs4 or a csl. At this price point, money isnt much of an issue.
Only 380hp/284tq
12.07 @ 116.04!
Weight to power ratio 8.0 (lb/hp)
23 mpg
Acceleration, sec
0-30 1.4
0-40 2.0
0-50 2.9
0-60 3.9
0-70 4.9
0-80 6.3
0-90 7.6
0-100 9.1
