Dude, you have like 19 usb root hubs installed on your PC...
I'd just do a clean install of windows and start over, prolly be quicker than mulling through all that crap.

you're assuming "uninstalling" software puts the system back how it was before? :-p
I still think it's weird that a few of your Intel usb hubs are using MS drivers, and others using Intel drivers.

UPDATE: After doing uninstall/reinstall as you recommended, all are Intel.
I just checked my dad's 600m and his USB controllers are exactly the same as mine from what I can tell.
