Default MAF Question?

So I am throwing a code, apparently my MAF is getting to much air. If I am not mistaken this could possibly mean I need to clean it with the electric spray stuff and be careful with the wire correct?

P0102 Was the MAF Code and the only one that wasnt intermittent. The others were P1423, P1411, P1113, and P1131 but I cleared these. Any advice on the P0102 would be great. Thanks guys, you rock.

No idea what the codes mean in that form. Do you have the actual message that went with it?
