So this guy in a flashy suit walks into Carlsen and says he is there to pick up his new $125k Porsche. The detailer gives him the keys to the new 996 turbo he has just finished washing, and the guy drives off.
The real owner arrives 20 minutes later to pick up his new car. The one he customed ordered from the factory and has been waiting for. But it is gone.
True story in todays SJ Mercury.

a restaurant with a couple of my friends, and low and behold there was a Porsche with the keys in the door. I jumped in the car, drove it about a half a mile down the road and parked it at a auto parts store. Locked the keys in it, left a short note, and hauled ***. It was gone the next day, so I know that it was recovered the same night. Oh, to be a kid again. Of course had I been caught pulling my little prank, I'd have been in deep doo-doo.
