Massive oil leak ?? Wtf Aw.

Massive oil leak ?? Wtf Aw.
Today I put on my new oil cooler, and started the car up for the first time in a year !! Awesome right ?!?!? NOPE !!
So we put the gasket for the oil cooler on, then the oil cooler, then the nut, then the oil filter.. Did we miss anything ???
Im kind of curious if it had to do with the oil cooler gasket.. I matched the hole in the gasket, to the hole in the oil pan. Is their a certain way this should be ?? Please enlighten if so.
The car started up fine..But within 15 seconds all of the oil was out of the car.. Anyone have any ideas ??
