Wire your fuel pump to a hidden switch somewhere. Whenever you park and leave your car, turn the fuel pump off. The fuel in the lines won't be enough to start the car. I personally haven't done this, but a guy I know on a different forum did it to his eclipse.

But I like to take the Santa-Fe instead... More room and don't have to worry if the baby spils the milk or candy...
Plus, after the horrible stories I have heard, even Rex-Plex should be dangerous... They do have a cop car there permanently now! I still worry though...
