Default STaSIS Sucks!

wouldnt warrenty my warentied three month close-ratio tranny thanks. 2nd gear blew up and they wouldnt help me out at all. GO RS4

I saw their very strict warranty which is quite unusual for them.

Curious punkAvant, what was the stated reason for denying you coverage?

We cannot warranty a transmission that has been disassembled by the customer prior to us inspecting

Default As stated in our warranty

"Without exception, ALL alleged defective parts must be returned to STaSIS Engineering,
or no warranty claim for the repair/replacement of said parts will be honored."

You (or your shop) didn't want to send the trans back to us for inspection. Therefore how could we initiate a warranty claim?
