You seem to have everything figured out, don't you!
I went over to Marc's house that night because I had some old parts of his I needed to return and he had my Ross Tech vag com cable. I was also helping a friend of mine take off a big brake kit off the blue S4. I was never planning on racing that night.
Are you under the impression that I had two people in my car and then ran into a random A6 on the road? Like I said, you seem to know every detail around you.
Did you know that Marc said both passengers need to go into my car to "even it out"? These aren't excuses, these are facts. And the fact is, I still passed him with 450+lbs additional weight.
If you don't think that two passengers, 225 lbs & 150 lbs, and a full spare of 50 lbs has no effect than you really are "MENTAL". Couple that with a full tank of gas I filled up before heading over there to help a friend out, and Marc's gas refill light on the dash.
400+lbs will have an effect on a cars performance, period. Ask Marc about the summer of 07' when we loaded his blue car up with 50lb bags of sand. What was the result?
You seem to know every thing mental. Do you know that the A6 M/T weight is 3730 lbs from the factory in Marc's car? Do you know that he has performed light reduction in in the car? Apparently not. Look at his 12.8 second time slip and tell me you think it's a 4000+lb car with just a chip and no exhaust running those times.

Was somebody asking you? By the way...
talk is cheap, why don't you post a slip? I have 3 12.9 second slips, 5 107+mph traps. On just stage 2, pump gas. OEM downpipes with cats and stock side mounts.
Wierd, I just went to S4biturbo.com and I still have the fastest recorded Stage 2 time. Why don't you submit your slip?

You are dumb if you don't think a 225lb passenger and a 150lb camera man in the backseat
won't have a big effect during a roll race. Add that with a 50 lb spare tire and that's 425lbs. When I ran my 4.3 second FATS, it was just me in the car (a whole 135lbs!).
I had the same OEM battery which I raced with, so that doesn't matter. However, I filled up 14 gallons of gas which is roughly an additional 90lbs. Marc's car was tinkering on empty with the gas light on, had ZERO passengers, no spare and a slew of other lightweight mods done to his car. Believe me, Marc and I had some back and forth before the race as to why I was getting both passengers... he said "to even it out".
Not that I'm that dissapointed, in a rolling run from 30mph, I passed him even after he got the jump by 4th gear. What do you think the results would have been with 400+lbs of less weight?
If you are really THAT block headed, take a look at a relatively "non" scientific test I did with Marc in the summer of 07' when we added bags of sand to his blue car to see exactly what effect adding (or removing) weight has on FATS times.

http://titsup-racing.com/video/s4/SandbagginS4.mov</a

Wonderful. So tell me... why do you seem to think 80lbs was the only additional weight I had?
I guess you want to neglect to 225lb passenger and 150lb camera man in the backseat on top of those "80 lbs" that have "no effect" on a roll?

Should be measureable, ~proportional to weight difference for FATS. Easier to see with more lbs diff
The graph below was from Marc's(BBB's) S4 FATS sandbag experiment over 3700 lb to 2800 lb range (900 lbs difference). Tracks very close over first 500 lbs. His engine power drops off under 3100 lbs.

Need to get miles on the car before it sees a lot of boost. I have well over 2000 miles on it now
which is way more than enough. But I just haven't had the opportunity to let the car go for a tune as it's my only mode of transportation! The car will be seeing boost after this weekend
Once that's done, these stupid 9 psi threads will be meaningless and irrelevant.

Yup, I was there helping him unload the sandbags that night and saw each ecuX log myself.

Funny, that A6 is faster than 95% of K03 cars on the road.
I would call this a tad healthier than a Stage 2+ S4. And all the lightweight mods done to it helps move it away from the ~3700lb stock curb weight. Out of Marc's mouth himself "it only weighs about 100lbs more than a stock S4".
But of course, you know everything... right?

A6 runs at the 1/4 mile
