Methanol / Water Injection and Heat Yellow bottle
How many bottles of Heat (in the yellow bottle) do you guys add to your windshield washer tank?
I found Heat in the Yellow bottle at Target for $1.50 and it's the 12 OZ/354ml is that a good deal?

Apparently you can use...
...walmart supertech -20f washer fluid (40% meth) + a bottle or two of windshield washer concentrate, for a cheap solution.
To answer your question, you want about a 50/50 mix of distilled water and meth.
