This is what I do ....
I buy -20 (30/70 meth mix) blue washer fluid. I had some empty jugs laying around and marked the side of a few containers where the half gallon point is. I start with an empty bottle and pour 2 bottles of Heet and then pour the blue stuff in until it hits the halfway mark. Shake and then pour into the reservoir.
This gets you a 55/45 mix. I actually have seen better results on Boost Juice though. Check out summittracing.com
