I've had several sets of Michelin tires on various cars and one thing I've noticed is that tread wear, even on Z rated, is much better than other brands. I've never had the P-zeros, but I have had the P7000 series and I like the Pilot Sports, on my S4 now, a lot more.

the pilot sport is more like all weather (rain) Performance tire
and the
P-zero's and the MXX3 are more of a DRY Performance tire
so in conclusion the sports perform better in the rain
and the P-zero's and the MXX3 perform beter in the dry
