Default Misfiring at full boost - need new spark plugs?

At 21psi(full throttle) the car would misfire so much the CEL came on and flashed at me for 30 seconds before shutting off after driving normal again. I had since lowered my boost down to a super safe 13psi. And the car runs great(in a slow kind of way). Could i possibly need new plugs? what could cause this activity only at higher boost? Thanks for your help.

Default sparks plugs or coilpacks. Log to see which cylinders and swap with another cyl. also

could be the spark plug boot as well, measure resistance with ohm meter (should be around 2k IIRC)

Default If i had an OHM meter or knew how to use one that would be great.

the fault codes showed random multiples for all cylinders and another code showed multiples for cylinder 4.
