looks like the Mini tuners actually rebuild the cooper S injectors for higher loads..

That sounds about right for your settings and parts, best thing to do is go out and run some logs
at different settings, you may be faster lean, or rich 
My last settings I had with your setup, were -16% and 85% increasing, O2s were around .87-.88, and long term trims were in the -7 to -10% range depending on weather and driving.
